JOBtrack Admission Policies for Services

 Admissions

 JOBtrack provides services to residents of both St. Clair and Madison County whom:

 (1) have evidence of a disability, per the Department of Human Services, Office of Rehabilitation
      Services referral;

(2)  demonstrate a history of being unable to secure or maintain employment; and

(3)  Indicate a desire to obtain employment consistent with their needs, interest, and abilities.

 No individual will be denied services based solely on the severity of his/her disability.  It is JOBtrack’s belief that a substantial number of county residents can benefit from community employment services.

 Admission Policy

 Admissions are made only for individuals who are recommended by a referral source or are a Ticket- To- Work holder.  Approval by the Program Manager and Job Developer will based on a review of the vocational profile and any other pertinent information from the ORS Counselor. 

 JOBtrack’ s team is dedicated to providing competitive job opportunities for individuals with a disability without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or veteran status.

 There is no charge for JOBtrack services.

 Qualifications of Administrative and Supervisory Personnel

  JOBtrack and SAVE work together in a collaborative relationship to enhance the services provided to all individuals.
